What can I expect on a ASSESSMENT CALL?
The call lasts 15 minutes. Coach Red and you will discuss your specific health goals and any limitations you may have. Coach Red Rochelle Strauss will give you actionable steps that will help you make changes right away that will put you on the path to a healthy lifestyle.
What does a typical coaching call look like?
There is no typical call! Each call is catered to the client’s individual needs. There are several formats we can use. Some of the formats we utilize include
- Whatsapp: You can use it to upload pictures of your meals so that Coachred can cheer you on and give you feedback.
- Email Discourse
- Weekly Zoom Meetings
- Coach red can even go to the store with you if your in the area to help find new foods to try.
How soon will see results?
Everyone is different. I think it is important to understand that there are no quick fixes when it comes to improving your health.. I not only want to help you reach your goal, but also maintain your results over the long term.
