My Story
I'm Rochelle Strauss — Coach Red — and I know what it's like to feel one step away from losing control of your health. Coming from a family of larger folks, I assumed I was destined for the same path. I tried everything: dancing, workouts, veganism, eventually settling into a pescatarian lifestyle. I also navigated physical limitations and menopause along the way.
