(Insert Tweens Name) Contract Agreement
- I will answer promptly when my parents contact me
- I will not bring my cell phone to the dinner table
- I will obey any rules my school has about cell phones and will have my phone turned off during school hours
- I will not use my phone to send mean texts or bully another person
- I will not use my phone to send inappropriate messages
- I will not send or receive naked photos. Ever. I understand that there could be serious legal consequences that could put mine and my parents’ future at-risk.
- I promise I will tell my parents when I receive suspicious or alarming phone calls or text messages from people I don’t know. I will also tell my parents if I am being harassed by someone via my cell phone.
- I will not text and drive
- I will not use my phone to buy or download anything without asking permission first
I acknowledge that having a cell phone is a privilege and if I fail to adhere to this contract, my cell phone privilege may be revoked.
I understand that my cell phone may be taken away if I talk back to my parents, fail to complete my chores, or fail to keep my grades up.
